Employee Resource Groups (ERG)

An ERG is a voluntary, employee-led group of people, centered around a shared characteristic/interest (such as gender identity, ethnicity, sexual orientation, parental status, etc.), working together to foster inclusivity and build community, providing personal & professional support to its members, and is formally supported by its organization.

Womxn’s Resource Community

WRG empowers and inspires the Womxn of Wolverine Worldwide to actively engage in the community, provide mentorship opportunities, and create a meaningful, professional network.

Wolverine Young Professionals

Wolverine Young Professionals is a resource group for employees that are interested in networking, professional development, and WWW social events. Youth has no age attached to it, and we find many opportunities for growth when seasoned professionals network with those young in their career and vice versa.

Working Moms

At Wolverine Worldwide, we recognize the unique challenges and opportunities faced by working mothers – balancing career aspirations with family responsibilities. Our Working Moms ERG provides a supportive community where working mothers can exchange ideas, share experiences, and access resources to thrive both personally and professionally. Together, we will empower working mothers to excel in their careers while nurturing a fulfilling family life.

WWW continues to innovate and inspire. In 2017, WWW held their first Innovation Symposium with associates across the globe. The three-day symposium included a lecture with Harvard Business School focused on best practices for creating customer centric environments, as well as interactive sessions. The Innovation Symposium also featured the Innys, an award show designed to honor the Company’s top innovations over the year, and a speaker series that included presentations from a futurist and a well-known creative brand ambassador.

The Coaching Office is a service that provides all of our global employees with free access to on-demand, one-on-one, personal coaching to help them overcome obstacles and keep driving forward in all aspects of performance and career.

NewSoles Onboarding is a best-in-class onboarding experience from offer acceptance to day 180. This robust program is designed to ensure our employees start off on the right foot from the moment they begin their WWW career. During full Day One, new employees meet with an executive, learn about the business, and grow familiar with our technology. In the months that follow, NewSoles is there to ensure new employees have everything they need to be successful.

In order to stay in touch and make sure we have two way communications at all levels, we use pulse surveys to hear what team members are experiencing, use insights to drive honest conversations and develop actions to address areas where we are not aligned.
